Hi! My name is Hallie Locke and I am the owner of Shop Bauble! I started my business when I was 17 & have continued to build it throughout my years in college. I have such a passion for small business and am so thankful for the opportunities this business has created for me. I am based out of Oklahoma City & Norman as I attend the University of Oklahoma.
