We care about our customers! We want you to love your Shop Bauble pieces. At anytime throughout your Shop Bauble jewelry's lifetime, if your jewelry breaks or turns color, you can email us or DM us on Instagram (@shopbauble_) a picture of your item to receive either a free piece of jewelry or a coupon code for 35% off our entire site. We cannot promise a replacement of the exact piece you had, but we will give you options of pieces that can be sent to you as a replacement. All you have to do is pay shipping!
Shipping: You can expect to receive packages 5-7 days after you place your order unless stated otherwise in a specific product description. Custom pieces can take 2-4 weeks to reach you. We are not responsible for any packages that are not delivered due to the wrong address being given. Once the package has been sent and an email with a tracking number has been received, all issues must be handled with your local post office.
Returns: You can reach out to us within 10 days of receiving an order to return for store credit. Jewelry is the only returnable items. Send us an email at email@example.com letting us know that you want to make a return and we will let you know the address it should be sent to. Once the return is received, then an email will be sent with instructions to redeem your store credit.
